Minister’s oversight visit to Transnet Freight Rail – Ermelo
Minister Pravin Gordhan undertook a visit to Transnet Freight Rail’s Ermelo yard on 17 February 2023, as part of the shareholder oversight to Transnet. Ermelo is a key location on the North Corridor, which amongst others,exports coal to the Port of Richards Bay. The Minister was accompanied by the Group Chief Executive of Transnet, Portia Derby, and the CEO of Thungela Resources, July Ndlovu
