The Department of Public Enterprises invites service providers to submit a proposal for tracing, validation and payment of the beneficiaries of the Diabo Share Trust for a period of 24 Months. Pre-qualification criteria: Sub-contracting 10% of the total bid price with an EME (Exempted Micro Enterprise) which is at least 51% black owned.
